1. Definitions

• “Platform” means Frgaa’s website, apps, and related services.
• “User” means any person or business using the platform (buyer, supplier, or otherwise).
• “Content” means information, products, prices, and data shown on the platform.

2. Nature of the service

Frgaa is an FMCG distribution middleman: we connect SMEs to suppliers, may store products, and arrange delivery. Availability can be affected by market, logistics, and local conditions.

3. Registration & account

• Information you provide must be accurate and complete.
• You are responsible for account confidentiality and activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized use at info@frgaa.com.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the platform in line with Sudanese law and for lawful purposes only.
• Abuse, fraud, or attempts to compromise systems are prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Orders, pricing & payments

• Displayed prices and stock may change; final confirmation is when an order is accepted.
• Payments follow the methods approved on the platform and agreed timelines.
• Applicable fees or taxes are shown where reasonably possible before completion.

6. Delivery & inventory

We aim for reasonable delivery times. Delays outside our control (roads, weather, local restrictions, etc.) are not automatic breaches if we take reasonable steps to fulfill the order.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect losses from use or inability to use the platform, except where law requires otherwise.

8. Intellectual property

The “Frgaa” name, logo, and platform design are owned by us or our licensors. Do not copy or use them without written permission.

9. Account deletion

You may request deletion via our Delete my account page. We may retain data required by law or accounting after deletion.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after publication means you accept the changes.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Sudan. Courts in Khartoum have jurisdiction unless law provides otherwise.
